We are a speciality chemicals manufacturers in Pondicherry producing products based on Cashew Nut Shell Liquid

We are looking for a dynamic, intelligent, and result-oriented Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing team.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 6–7 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing plant.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in production operations.
• Strong knowledge of chemical plant operations, equipment, utilities, and related accessories.
• Excellent grasping and learning ability with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate shop-floor teams.
• Capable of handling challenging situations and ensuring smooth plant operations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Focused on productivity, safety, quality, and process discipline.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production activities and ensure achievement of production targets.
• Monitor plant operations, process parameters, and equipment performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality control, and store departments for smooth operations.
• Manage manpower deployment and maintain production records.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
