Job Description
A CNC Press Brake Machine Operator works on a CNC-controlled bending machine used to bend sheet metal into different shapes and sizes for fabrication work.
Main Work of CNC Press Brake Operator
* Operating CNC press brake machines
* Reading engineering drawings and bending dimensions
* Setting tools, punches, and dies in machine
* Measuring angles and sizes using vernier, scale, gauge
* Programming bending sequence in CNC controller
* Checking quality of finished parts
* Maintaining machine safety and cleanliness
