Job Description

Customer Engagement: Greet and interact with customers to understand their specific needs, style preferences, and budgets for electronics and furniture.

Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, technical specifications (electronics), and material quality/comfort (furniture) to provide expert recommendations.

Sales Generation: Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets by utilizing effective negotiation, upselling, and cross-selling techniques.

Showroom Maintenance: Ensure that product displays are appealing, clean, and up-to-date to enhance the customer experience.

Sales Operations: Process transactions accurately using POS systems, handle inquiries, and manage after-sales support/queries, such as coordinating deliveries.

Inventory Management: Assist with monitoring inventory levels and replenishing stock on the showroom floor.
