Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-orientated Accounts Executive who has good knowledge of Tally and accounting work. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accounts, making GST bills/invoices, handling day-to-day accounting entries, and doing payment follow-up calls with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining daily accounts in Tally
  • Creating GST invoices and bills
  • Managing purchase and sales entries
  • Following up with clients for pending payments through calls and WhatsApp
  • Maintaining payment records and account data
  • Assisting with basic office accounting work

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Tally and basic accounting
  • Basic understanding of GST billing
  • Good communication skills
  • Responsible and punctual
  • Prior experience in accounts preferred
