Job Title: Energy solutions coordinator, Renewable Energy Coordinator, Solar Energy Advisor, Clean Energy Sales Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Energy Solutions coordinator to promote our solar solutions, connect with potential customers, and drive sales by converting leads into successful deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pitch solar solutions and explain products/services to prospective customers.
- Make outbound calls to generate and follow up on leads.
- Send quotations, handle objections, and support deal closure.
- Coordinate with EPC partners and internal teams for smooth project execution from inquiry to installation.
- Maintain customer records and update call interactions.
- Achieve assigned calling and sales targets.
- Address customer queries and escalate issues when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Hindi & confident on calls
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred).
- Prior experience in telecalling/customer service is an advantage.
- Strong with follow-ups, and hungry to perform.
- B2B sales experience is preferred. Solar experience is a bonus.
