Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Field Collection Executive to manage customer visits for overdue payment collections. The ideal candidate should possess good communication and negotiation skills, be comfortable with fieldwork, and ensure timely recovery while maintaining positive customer relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customers at their residential or business locations to collect overdue payments.
• Follow the daily collection route and assigned customer list.
• Educate customers regarding outstanding dues and available repayment options.
• Negotiate payment plans within company guidelines.
• Update collection status, customer feedback, and visit reports through the company mobile application or reporting system.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical collection practices.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
• Escalate difficult cases or disputes to the reporting manager.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collections.
• Required QualificationsMinimum qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in collections, sales, recovery, or field operations is an added advantage.
• Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage field visits efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of smartphone applications.
• Time management and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused approach with professional behavior.
• EligibilityMust own or have access to a two-wheeler (preferred).
• Valid driving license (preferred).
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
