Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, handling client inquiries, conducting site visits, and achieving sales targets for residential and commercial properties.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle property sales and client coordination.
• Generate leads through references, calls, and site visits.
• Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans to clients.
• Conduct property presentations and site visits.
• Maintain customer relationships and follow-up with prospects.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain client records.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth documentation and booking processes.
• Eligibility Criteria:Only candidates with prior experience in Real Estate Sales can apply.
• Minimum [2/3/5] years of experience in real estate sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of property market trends and sales strategies.
• Ability to achieve targets and work independently.
• Preferred Skills:Client handling and convincing ability.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
