Job Description
Housingbaba is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in residential property sales, team handling, and closing deals while maintaining excellent client relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities:
-Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
-Handle inquiries and convert leads into successful property bookings.
-Conduct property presentations and site visits with clients.
-Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
-Negotiate and close sales deals efficiently.
-Track sales activities and maintain reports using CRM.
-Coordinate with CRM, marketing, and developer teams for smooth execution.
-Train and guide sales executives to improve performance.
-Monitor market trends and competitor activities
