Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Site Head to oversee the complete operations of our real estate project site. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sales management, customer handling, legal documentation, collections, registrations, and team leadership. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring smooth customer transactions, and managing the overall site team.
Roles & Responsibilities
● Manage the overall site operations and sales activities.
● Lead, train, and motivate the sales, CRM, telecalling, and support teams.
● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
● Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, and deal closures.
● Ensure smooth execution of bookings, agreements, registrations, and possession processes.
● Maintain complete knowledge of property documentation, agreements, registration procedures, and home loan processes.
● Monitor customer collections and ensure timely payments.
● Coordinate with legal, accounts, CRM, marketing, and management teams.
● Resolve customer concerns and escalations professionally.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, brokers, and channel partners.
● Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
● Prepare sales reports, MIS reports, and project updates for management.
● Analyze market trends and competitor activities to improve sales performance.
● Ensure compliance with company policies and RERA guidelines.
● Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey.
Education
● Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
● MBA / Post-Graduate in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate Management (preferred)
● MahaRERA Agent Registration (preferred or willingness to obtain)
Experience
● 5–10 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a team leadership or site head role
● Proven track record of driving residential project sales and meeting booking targets
● Prior experience managing pre-sales, direct sales, and post-sales functions simultaneously
● Familiarity with the Vasai–Virar / MMR market is a strong advantage
Skills & Competencies
● Strong leadership and people management capabilities
● Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English (spoken and written)
● Sound knowledge of the residential real estate sales cycle — from ICP profiling to disbursement
● Comfortable with CRM tools, Excel-based MIS reporting, and WhatsApp-based team coordination
● Ability to manage multiple stakeholders — customers, CPs, team members, and internal departments
● High ownership mindset with the ability to work under pressure and deliver targets
● Basic knowledge of home loan processes, banking documentation, and RERA compliance
