Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecalling Executive to join our team. The role involves contacting potential and existing customers to inform them about products/services, generate leads, and close sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services
Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information
Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
Follow up on leads and maintain a strong pipeline
