Role Overview:

You will be the first point of contact over telephone for potential clients and leads. Your goal: generate interest, qualify leads, schedule appointments, and help convert leads into measurable opportunities for our services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company, follow up on enquiries.
• Receive inbound calls, understand client requirements, log details in CRM.
• Qualify prospects: understand their needs, budget, timeline.
• Schedule meetings / demos with the internal sales or account team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads status and update reports.
• Meet or exceed weekly/monthly target for calls made, leads generated, appointments booked.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to feedback on lead quality & help refine scripts.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum X years of experience (you can decide years) in tele-calling, customer service or inside sales.
• Strong spoken and written English and Marathi/Hindi (or any regional language) — comfortable making calls.
• Good communication skills: clear, confident, polite.
• Basic computer skills: MS Office, CRM/data entry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet targets.
• Positive attitude: resilient, good at handling rejection, persistent.
• Preferably local to Virar / neighbouring suburbs (commute friendly).
