🎯 Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to drive lead conversion and revenue growth. The role involves overseeing sales operations, managing site visits, handling negotiations and closures, while also contributing to marketing strategies and campaign planning.
- Preference will be given to female candidates for this position.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
● Monitor and manage incoming leads from digital campaigns
● Supervise sales team and ensure effective follow-ups & site visits
● Personally handle client negotiations and deal closures
● Work with digital marketing agency to plan and optimize campaigns
● Provide insights on lead quality, pricing, and customer preferences
● Track sales pipeline and improve conversion ratios

● 5+ years experience in real estate sales
● Strong track record in negotiation & closures
