Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Fundraising: Make outbound calls to potential donors, corporate sponsors, and past supporters to secure financial contributions for various social campaigns. [1, 2, 3, 4]
- Beneficiary Communication: Contact and onboard beneficiaries, verify their details, and inform them about the NGO’s welfare programs. [1, 2]
- Donor Retention: Maintain regular contact with existing donors to provide project updates, thank them for their contributions, and encourage repeat giving. [1, 2, 3]
- Volunteer Mobilization: Call prospective volunteers to explain ongoing initiatives, gauge their interests, and coordinate their participation in on-ground events. [1]
- Database Management: Log all call details, donor feedback, and follow-up requirements accurately in the organization's CRM or database. [1, 2]
- Query Resolution: Answer inbound calls and emails to address questions from the public regarding the NGO's activities and utilization of funds. [1, 2]
- Campaign Support: Assist the outreach team in executing specific tele-campaigns, awareness drives, and charity events
