Roles and Responsibilities Metrics:
• Leading smaller requirement gathering sessions.
• Refining and managing the product backlog.
• Developing comprehensive user stories with detailed acceptance criteria.
• Monitoring product metrics and understanding usage patterns.
• Proactively seeking stakeholder feedback and managing expectations.
• Conducting market research to inform product decisions.
• Assisting in the User Acceptance Testing phase.
• Coordinating cross-functionally to ensure clarity in requirements.
• Facilitating workshops to generate ideas and gather insights.
• Reviewing and improving existing business processes.
Scaling Expectations:
• Demonstrated ability to manage product backlog effectively.
• Independent communication with stakeholders.
• Understanding and analyzing product metrics.
• Proactively identifying areas of improvement in processes.
• Collaborative attitude and teamwork.

Skills:
Masters/bachelor’s degree in business, IT.
1–2 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience in product-based environments preferred
Ability to write clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria
Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence,

Expected Certifications:
• CCBA (Certification of Capability in Business Analysis): Demonstrates expertise in
business analysis beyond entry level.

Should have Exposure to product lifecycle management
Basic understanding of UX/UI concepts.
