Job Description
Accounts Coordinator Role :
1.Coordinate with vendors to obtain Invoices, Credit Notes, Ledger Statements and
resolution of any pending issues including input GST Credit mismatch, refunds etc
2.Preparation of weekly budgets for vendor payments and Vendor payments as per credit
policies
3.Coordination with customers to obtain Payments, Ledger Statements and resolution of
any disputes etc
4.Coordinating with operations team to ensure timely billing to customers and job closing
5.Statement reconciliation and rectification– All customer and vendor statements
6.GSTR2b Reconciliation and rectification
7.Posting of all accounting transactions – Purchase, Cash, Bank, Journals etc
8.Preparation of invoices to customers as per quotations
