Job Description
Attend walk-in customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
Explain Toyota vehicle features, variants, pricing, finance schemes, and accessories.
Conduct effective product presentations and test drives.
Generate enquiries through field activities, references, digital leads, and corporate visits.
Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by management.
Follow up with prospective customers regularly to close sales.
Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration departments for smooth vehicle delivery.
Maintain customer database and update CRM records regularly.
Ensure timely collection of booking amount and required documentation.
Participate in showroom events, exhibitions, and outdoor marketing activities.
Build long-term customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and positive feedback.
