Job Description
Execute a turnkey approach to structural works, encompassing design coordination, procurement, and site management.
Manage end to end structural works.
Oversee and manage all civil engineering activities on site, including earthworks, foundation work, concrete work and other related tasks.
Maintain accurate site records, including daily progress reports, material records, and inspection reports.
Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure that all work meets project standards and specifications.
Conduct regular inspections and tests to verify the quality of materials and workmanship.
Monitor material deliveries and ensure that materials are stored and utilized efficiently.
Prepare material requisitions and track material consumption.
