Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and student-focused Educational Counsellor to guide students in choosing the right Fire & Industrial Safety courses / Abroad Education programs. The role involves counselling, follow-ups, admissions support, and maintaining student relationships from enquiry to enrollment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents about course options, eligibility, career scope, and job opportunities
- Handle walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and online enquiries
- Convert leads into admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups
- Explain course structure, duration, fees, certifications, and placement support
- Maintain and update student enquiry records and admission data
- Coordinate with academic, marketing, and documentation teams
- Assist students with application forms, document verification, and admission process
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and promotional events
- Achieve monthly admission targets
Eligibility & Skills:
- Graduation or above (Any discipline)
- Experience in educational counselling / admissions preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
- Strong communication skills in English & Telugu (Hindi is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets / CRM tools
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
- Student-friendly attitude with strong persuasion skills
