Educational Counsellor

We are looking for a dynamic and student-focused Educational Counsellor to guide students in choosing the right Fire & Industrial Safety courses / Abroad Education programs. The role involves counselling, follow-ups, admissions support, and maintaining student relationships from enquiry to enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents about course options, eligibility, career scope, and job opportunities
• Handle walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and online enquiries
• Convert leads into admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups
• Explain course structure, duration, fees, certifications, and placement support
• Maintain and update student enquiry records and admission data
• Coordinate with academic, marketing, and documentation teams
• Assist students with application forms, document verification, and admission process
• Participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and promotional events
• Achieve monthly admission targets

Eligibility & Skills:

• Graduation or above (Any discipline)
• Experience in educational counselling / admissions preferred
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
• Strong communication skills in English & Telugu (Hindi is a plus)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets / CRM tools
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
• Student-friendly attitude with strong persuasion skills
