Field Sales Executive – School Admissions

Location: Seethammadhara (Field-Based Role)

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly energetic and result-driven Field Sales Executive who will actively visit residential areas in Seethammadhara to generate admissions leads and drive walk-ins for our New Generation School.

This role is completely field-oriented and ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, influencing decisions, and achieving targets on the ground.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit 100 houses daily in assigned areas of Seethammadhara
• Collect relevant student and parent data (leads)
• Clearly explain the programs, benefits, and unique offerings of the New Generation School
• Build interest and attract parents to visit the campus (walk-ins)
• Maintain a daily report of visits, leads, and conversions
• Ensure consistent follow-up with interested parents
• Represent the school with professionalism and positive energy

Incentives & Compensation

• ₹50 per confirmed walk-in (Centaur incentive)
• ₹500 per successful admission (Centaur incentive)
• Additional performance-based growth opportunities

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours
• Daily target: 100 house visits (mandatory)

Required Skills & Qualities

• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Confidence to interact with parents and families
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
• Good local area knowledge (Seethammadhara preferred)
• Basic ability to record and manage data/leads
• Prior field sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory
