Job Description
We are looking for a patient- Front Office Executive to manage reception and front desk operations at our premium skin and hair clinic.
- Key Responsibilities Welcome patients with a warm and professional attitude
- Handle appointments, walk-ins, phone calls, and WhatsApp enquiries
- Maintain patient records, billing, and daily front desk reports
- Coordinate smoothly with doctors and treatment staff
- Handle payments, invoices, and basic counselling
- Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and professional at all times
- Good communication skills in English & Telugu
- Experience in clinic / hospital / salon front office preferred
- Basic computer knowledge (billing, MS Office, WhatsApp)
Polite, calm, and patient-handling skills
