Job Description

We are looking for a patient- Front Office Executive to manage reception and front desk operations at our premium skin and hair clinic.

  • Key Responsibilities Welcome patients with a warm and professional attitude
  • Handle appointments, walk-ins, phone calls, and WhatsApp enquiries
  • Maintain patient records, billing, and daily front desk reports
  • Having experience in sales are preferred
  • Coordinate smoothly with doctors and treatment staff
  • Handle payments, invoices, and basic counselling
  • Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and professional at all times
  • Good communication skills in English & Telugu
  • Experience in clinic / hospital / salon front office preferred
  • Basic computer knowledge (billing, MS Office, WhatsApp)
