Job Description

  1. Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development

  • Promote and sell gold loan products to prospective customers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct field visits, cold calls, and participate in promotional activities to generate leads.
  1. Customer Relationship Management

  • Explain gold loan features, benefits, and terms to customers.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Provide after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  1. Operations & Documentation

  • Assist in gold valuation and verification with branch appraisers.
  • Ensure complete and accurate documentation for loan processing.
  • Handle cash transactions related to gold loan disbursements and repayments.
  1. Compliance & Risk Management

  • Follow KYC, AML, and other statutory compliance requirements.
  • Maintain security and safety of pledged gold ornaments.
  • Ensure zero tolerance for operational and procedural lapses.
