HR Executive

VITAL Infraa is a fast-growing engineering and infrastructure company specializing in Power, Smart Grid, SCADA, Distribution Automation, Industrial Automation, Renewable Energy, and EPC Solutions. We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to support our growing workforce and contribute to building a high-performance organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
• Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
• Support attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
• Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and statutory compliance.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities, training programs, and performance review processes.
• Handle employee queries and support grievance resolution.
• Prepare HR reports, MIS, and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate with department heads to meet manpower requirements.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Experience in Engineering, EPC, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, or Industrial organizations will be an added advantage.
