Job Description
We are looking for a result-oriented recruiter who can independently handle end-to-end hiring for multiple roles including sales, operations, and technical positions.
This role requires someone who can source, screen, coordinate interviews, and ensure candidates join successfully.
- Understand hiring requirements from different departments
- Source candidates through job portals, calls, and references
- Screen candidates based on role fit and salary expectations
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal team
- Follow up with candidates till joining
- Maintain basic hiring tracker (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Ensure minimum time-to-hire and quality candidates
- 🔹 Requirements1–4 years experience in recruitment / HR
- Experience hiring for sales or operations roles preferred
- Good communication skills (English + Telugu preferred)
- Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of job portals (Apna, Naukri, etc.)
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
