Coordinate with recruitment managers and senior recruiters regarding manpower requirements.

Share shortlisted profiles with clients.

Obtain interview feedback and communicate results to candidates.

Recruitment Targets

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.

Achieve required registrations, interviews, selections, and mobilizations.

Maintain high-quality candidate submissions.

Database Management

Update candidate status regularly.

Build and maintain a talent pool for future requirements.

Generate daily recruitment reports and tracker updates.

Compliance

Follow company recruitment policies and procedures.

Maintain confidentiality of candidate and client information.

Ensure recruitment complies with applicable legal and company requirements.
