Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for a dynamic professional with Good Communication Skills with Fluency in English and Hindi to coordinate with Customers, Vendors and Team for Import and Export Clearance of shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Customer, Operations Team, Shipping Lines, Container Freight Stations and Transporters for timely and systematic delivery of cargo for Import and Export Shipments
• Update the customer on the status on a real time basis using approved means of communication by email, whatsapp and calls
• Obtain invoices from Shipping Lines, Container Freight Stations, Transporters and other vendors for services provided by them for Import and Export Clearances
• Book purchases from all vendors related to shipments and raise invoices to customers based on quotations
• Resolve any issues in Customs Clearance or any issues post clearance by escalating them to the departmental managers
• Ensure Import and Export Clearances are being handled in accordance with standards and SOP’s set forth by the company
• Maintain and Share Daily and Regular Reports – Daily Status Report, Stock Report, Import and Export Reports and other operations reports

Key Skills Required:

• Customer Centric. Timely response to Calls, Emails and other modes of conversation. Should focus on developing good rapport with the customers by timely updates, addressing grievances etc
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in English
• Degree in any field
• Knowledge on Excel, Office, Spreadsheets etc
