Marketing & Growth Executive — Cadieux, Visakhapatnam
About Cadieux
Cadieux is Vizag's first premium high-protein bread brand. We are in pre-launch phase and moving fast. This is a founding-team role — you will be hands-on, across every channel, from day one.
What You Will Do
- Plan and execute digital marketing across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
- Plan and run offline marketing — activations, sampling, on-ground campaigns
- Build integrated campaign strategies combining digital, offline, and field activity
- Plan and execute events and brand activations
- Identify and approach gyms, offices, cafes, and wellness partners for B2B deals and negotiations
- Set up and manage customer feedback systems — comments, DMs, reviews, surveys
- Resolve customer queries across all channels
- Build marketing systems, workflows, and SOPs for scale
- Support logistics and supply chain operations as distribution expands
- Integrate AI tools into daily marketing and operations
Who We Are Looking For
Someone focused, enthusiastic, and full of energy. Experience is a plus — not a requirement. We will train you. What we cannot train is attitude.
