Prepare assignments, worksheets, practice sheets, and mock tests.

Create shortcut methods, tricks, and exam strategies.

Update study materials as per latest JEE pattern.

Prepare rank-improvement modules for toppers.

4. Discipline & Classroom Management

Maintain punctuality and professional behavior.

Ensure classroom discipline and productive environment.

Encourage attendance and regular study habits.

Maintain positive student-teacher relationship.

5. Parent & Management Coordination

Attend parent meetings and counselling sessions.

Provide feedback on student performance.

Coordinate with academic coordinators, principals, and management.

Support admissions seminars / orientation programs when required.

6. Result-Oriented Responsibilities

Produce consistent top ranks and improved results.

Focus on selection ratio and score improvement.

Build institute reputation through student success.

7. Professional Development

Upgrade subject knowledge continuously.
