Job Description

We are looking for an Operations Head to manage and streamline the day-to-day operations of our EdTech company. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, coordinate between teams, manage vendor and student support processes, ensure smooth functioning of programs, and drive process improvements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end daily operations of the company
  • - Coordinate with sales, marketing, and academic teams
  • - Handle vendor management and office administration
  • - Ensure smooth delivery of courses and student support
  • - Track performance metrics and suggest process improvements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in the EdTech / Education industry
  • - Strong organizational and communication skills
  • - Graduate with good English proficiency
