Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and organized Real Estate Manager to oversee property management operations, and financial performance of real estate assets. The ideal candidate will ensure properties are well-maintained, compliant with regulations, and operating profitably.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of open layouts properties
  • Coordinate leasing, renewals, and tenant occupancy processes
  • Monitor and handle payment issues
  • Prepare property budgets, financial reports, and expense tracking
  • Ensure compliance with local property laws and safety regulations
  • Conduct property inspections and recommend improvements
  • Negotiate contracts with contractors, suppliers, and service providers
  • Support marketing and occupancy strategies to maximize revenue
  • Maintain accurate property records and documentation
