Job Description
Purpose of the Role
To drive sales of pre-owned vehicles while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with dealership processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads for used vehicle sales.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable pre-owned vehicles.
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
- Explain certification, warranty, finance, and exchange benefits.
- Coordinate with evaluators and inventory teams.
- Follow up on inquiries and prospects.
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
- Ensure documentation and delivery completion.
- Build customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Job Specification
Education
- Graduate preferred.
Experience
- 0–3 years in automobile sales, used car sales, or retail sales.
Skills Required
- Customer handling skills.
- Sales and negotiation ability.
- Knowledge of used vehicle market.
- Computer literacy.
- Valid driving license.
