Job Description

  • Project Execution & SupervisionOversee and manage all civil finishing activities including plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, false ceiling, waterproofing, and joinery works.
  • Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project scope.
  • Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure adherence to timelines.
  • 2.2 Planning & CoordinationPrepare detailed finishing schedules and monitor progress against targets.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, MEP teams, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure timely availability of materials, manpower, and resources.
  • 2.3 Quality ControlConduct regular inspections to ensure high-quality finishing standards.
  • Review and approve material samples, mock-ups, and workmanship.
  • Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures and rectify defects promptly.
  • 2.4 Contractor & Resource ManagementSupervise subcontractors and vendors engaged in finishing works.
  • Monitor productivity and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
  • Verify contractor bills and work measurements.
  • 2.5 Cost & Material ManagementTrack material consumption and control wastage.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of finishing materials.
  • Assist in cost control and budget adherence.
  • 2.6 Safety & ComplianceEnsure compliance with site safety standards and regulations.
  • Promote safe working practices among workers and subcontractors.
  • 2.7 Reporting & DocumentationPrepare daily/weekly progress reports.
  • Maintain records of work progress, inspections, and approvals.
  • Support project handover documentation and snag list clearance.
  • QA/QC
