Job Description
A State Head for DDU-GKY (Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana) manages all skill development project operations, training centers, and job placements across a specific state. They act as the main link between project implementing agencies, employers, and state government bodies.
Project Execution: Lead end-to-end implementation of DDU-GKY guidelines and targets.
Government Liaison: Coordinate closely with the State Rural Livelihood Mission (SRLM) and local officials.
Center Oversight: Monitor training centers, candidate mobilization drives, and completion rates.
Placement Management: Build partnerships with corporate employers to secure job placements for trainees.
Compliance & Reporting: Oversee Management Information System (MIS) data tracking, audits, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
