Job Description
*HIRING: Store Manager – Style In Studio*
*Location:* dabagardens
*Salary:* ₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month based on experience
*Job Type:* Full-time | 6 days/week
*Candidate Profile*
- *Experience:* Minimum 3 years in retail sales. 1+ year as Team Lead/Supervisor preferred
- *Education:* 12th Pass / Graduate
- *Language:* Must speak Basic English & Hindi. Telugu is a plus for local customers
- *Tech Skills:* Basic system knowledge - billing software, POS, WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets
- *Age:* 30-35 years preferred
*Key Responsibilities at Style In Studio*
1. *Drive Sales*: Achieve daily & monthly store targets, improve conversion and average bill value
2. *Team Handling*: Manage 5-8 staff, set duty rosters, train on new collections & grooming standards
3. *Customer Service*: Handle walk-ins, complaints, exchanges. Ensure every customer gets styling help
4. *Store Operations*: Opening/closing, cash tally, POS billing, deposit cash as per SOP
5. *Visual Merchandising*: Maintain store display, mannequins, lighting, cleanliness per Style In Studio guidelines
6. *Stock Management*: Check inward stock, do regular counts, prevent shrinkage, coordinate for fast-selling SKUs
