📢 Job Vacancy: TelecallerCompany: PVK Educational Consultants Pvt Ltd., Location: Visakhapatnam Position: Telecaller (Female Preferred) Experience: Freshers / Experienced Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to students and parents regarding overseas education opportunities.Explain study abroad programs, universities, courses, and admission processes.Follow up with inquiries generated through social media, website, and referrals.
Maintain accurate records of calls and student information.Schedule appointments for counseling sessions.Build and maintain good relationships with prospective students.Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Required Skills:Good communication skills in Telugu and English.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
Positive attitude and convincing skills.
Ability to handle student queries professionally.
Strong follow-up and customer service skills.
Qualification:Intermediate / Any Degree.
