Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Receive inbound calls and explain services
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM software.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams when required.
- Prepare daily call reports and sales reports.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills (Telugu, English, and Hindi if required).
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM).
- Positive attitude and confidence.
- Ability to work under targets.
Qualification:
- 10+2, Diploma, or any Bachelor’s degree (varies by employer).
- Experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service is preferred but not always mandatory.
Typical Working Hours:
- Usually 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (may vary by company).
- Six-day work week
