Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Shape and execute digital transformation strategies, ensuring they align with organizational goals and drive impactful change.
• Engage with stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into effective digital solutions and product concepts.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities for digital interventions that simplify processes and enhance agility.
• Lead the design, development, and delivery of technology solutions across assigned products, maintaining strategic alignment throughout.
• Drive innovation through ideation programs, proof of concepts, and blueprint creation to validate and accelerate digital adoption.
• Proactively identify risks and issues in product or project lifecycles, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
• Ensure compliance with organizational frameworks and governance models while optimizing performance metrics and productivity.
• Develop subject matter expertise, contribute to team success, and support project management activities to ensure seamless execution.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification: Graduation in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is mandatory. MBA is preferred. Additional certification such as ICAgile Agile Product Ownership (ICP-APO) is preferred.

Minimum Work Experience: 0–2 / 2+ years of experience.

Technical Exposures:

• Experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Aha!) is desired.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau) is desired.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is desired.
