Job Description
- Graphic DesignDesign brochures, flyers, banners, hoardings, and property catalogues for ongoing and upcoming projects
- Create engaging social media creatives (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn posts/reels/stories)
- Design floor plans, master plans, and layout presentations in a visually appealing format
- Create 3D renders/walkthrough visuals (or coordinate with 3D vendors) for property showcasing
- Design email templates, newsletters, and WhatsApp marketing creatives
- Maintain brand consistency (logo, colors, fonts) across all marketing materials
- Edit property photos/videos for promotional use
- Required SkillsProficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (CorelDRAW is a plus)
- Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs – basic level)
- Familiarity with real estate portals and CRM tools
- Strong understanding of real estate marketing trends and buyer psychology
- Good communication and content-writing skills (captions, ad copies)
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with deadlines
