Job Description

Roots Realty Infra is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Real Estate Team Leader to lead property at least 4+ years experience in real estate in Vrindavan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, managing client relationships, leading a sales team, and achieving revenue targets for residential, commercial, plotted developments, and investment properties in the Vrindavan market.

  • Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development
  • Drive sales of residential plots, villas, apartments, farmhouses, and commercial properties in Vrindavan.
  • Generate leads through direct sales, channel partners, referrals, digital platforms, and networking activities.
  • Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective buyers and investors.
  • Convert inquiries into bookings and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration.
