Retail Sales Promoter

Role Overview - We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Promoters to manage product sales and customer engagement at retail counters. The candidate will be responsible for promoting products, assisting customers, achieving sales targets, and maintaining attractive product displays while representing the brand professionally.

• Key Responsibilities - Customer Handling & SalesWelcome and attend walk-in customers at the retail counter
• Explain product features, benefits, and usage to customers
• Recommend suitable products based on customer needs
• Convert customer inquiries into successful sales
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Product Promotion- Promote products confidently and professionally
• Inform customers about offers, combos, and new launches
• Educate customers about natural and wellness-based products
• Build awareness about the brand and its values
• Counter & Display Management - Maintain a clean and organized counter area
• Ensure proper product arrangement and visibility
• Follow display and branding guidelines provided by the company
• Stock Management - Monitor stock availability at the counter
• Report low stock and damaged products to the supervisor
• Maintain proper stock rotation and hygiene standards
• Reporting & Coordination - Submit daily sales reports and updates
• Share customer feedback and market trends with management
• Coordinate with team members and supervisors for smooth operations
• Brand Representation - Maintain professional grooming and behavior
• Follow company policies, discipline, and shift schedules
• Represent the organization positively in front of customers
• Eligibility Criteria - Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in retail sales, FMCG, or customer handling preferred
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
• Local candidates from Vrindavan or nearby areas preferred

• Work Timings - Morning Shift: 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM
• Evening Shift: 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM
• Candidates should be flexible to work in rotational shifts as per company requirements.
