Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and passionate Unisex Hairdresser to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in cutting, styling, and coloring hair for all genders, ages, and hair textures. You will be responsible for providing high-quality salon services, conducting thorough consultations, and ensuring an exceptional client experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Cutting & Styling: Perform precision haircuts, styling, blow-drying, and setting for men, women, and children.
• Coloring & Chemical Services: Expertly apply hair coloring techniques including global color, balayage, highlights, lowlights, and root touch-ups. Perform chemical treatments such as keratin smoothing, perms, and hair relaxing.
• Client Consultation: Consult with clients to understand their needs, evaluate hair health, and recommend styles, cuts, and products.
• Barbering: Provide basic barbering services, including fades, beard grooming, and clipper cuts.
• Salon Hygiene & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation and tools, adhering to safety protocols.
• Retail & Marketing: Recommend and sell hair care products to clients to maintain their hair at home.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build a loyal client base by providing excellent service and managing appointments efficiently.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the hairdressing industry.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience as a Hair Stylist, Hairdresser, or Colorist in a professional salon environment.
• Technical Expertise: Strong skills in both feminine and masculine hair styling, coloring, and chemical treatments.
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer Service: Highly customer-oriented with a passion for providing top-tier service.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and work with hand-held tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with advanced hair treatments (e.g., botox, nanoplastia).
• An active portfolio or Instagram page showcasing previous work.
