JOB DESCRIPTION – PAINT SALES EXECUTIVEPosition: Paint Sales Executive

Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra

Experience: 1–5 Years

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹32,000 per month

Job SummaryWe are looking for a target-oriented Paint Sales Executive to drive sales, develop dealer and retailer networks, and expand the company's market presence in Nagpur.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors, painters, and architects.
• Generate new leads and identify new business opportunities.
• Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities.
• Promote and explain paint products, schemes, and offers to customers.
• Handle order booking, payment follow-ups, and collection of outstanding payments.
• Conduct site visits and generate project sales opportunities.
• Maintain regular sales reports and customer records.
• Required Skills1–5 years of experience in Paints, Building Materials, Construction Chemicals, or related industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Good knowledge of local market and sales practices.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred/required.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Preferred Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.

Industry Preference: Paint / Building Material / Construction Chemical / FMCG Sales.
