Job Description

Responsibilities


  • Source and screen candidates.
  • Schedule interviews.
  • Assist with onboarding and employee documentation.
  • Maintain HR records and trackers.
  • Support attendance and leave management.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities.
  • Perform other HR and administrative tasks assigned by the Head of HR.

Requirements


  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Eagerness to learn and work in a startup environment.
