Job Description

WE ARE LOOKING FOR DYNAMIC AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS TO MANAGE RUTAL BUSINESS OPERATIONS AT MANDAL LEVEL.


KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

  • MANAGE AND SUPERVISE MANDAL COORDINATORS
  • FORM AND MANGA SMALL GROUPS
  • MONITOR DAILY FIELD ACTIVITES AND PERFORMANCE
  • VERIFY GRUOP AND APPROVE FIELD LEVEL PROPOSAL
  • PROMOTE INCOME -GENERATING ACTIVITES(FARMING , MACHINES ,ETC.)
  • CONDUCT MEETINGS AND AWARNESS SESSIONS.
  • HANDLE COLLECTIONS AND MAINTAIN RECORDS
  • SUPPORT MEMBERS IN STARTING SMALL BUSINESS


WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON:

  • FARMING PROJECTS
  • MICRO ENTERPRISES
  • RURAL INCOME PROGRAMS.


OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITES


  • TRACK MEMBER REGISTRATION AND GROUP ACTIVITY
  • ENSURE PROPER DOCUMENTATION AND REPORTING
  • MAINTAIN DISCIPLINE IN FIELD OPERATIONS


TEAM MANAGEMENT


  • HANDLE 3-10 CO-ORDINATORS
  • TRAIN AND GUIDE FIELD STAFF
  • MOTIVATE TEAM TO ACHIEVE TARGETS


PREFERRED:

  • FINANCE / LOANS EXPERIENCE
  • SALES/FIELD WORK
