About Fortune U GroupFortune U Group is a leading provider of Diesel Generator (DG) solutions, power backup systems, EPC services, and industrial energy solutions. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to expand our Diesel Generator business by identifying new customers, generating sales, and building long-term client relationships.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities for Diesel Generator (DG) sales.
- Visit industrial areas, commercial establishments, hospitals, hotels, educational institutions, construction sites, IT parks, and government organizations to promote DG solutions.
- Identify customer power requirements and recommend suitable generator capacities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, builders, architects, and procurement teams.
- Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and presentations.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain DG features, benefits, and specifications.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales while maintaining company profit margins.
- Coordinate with the technical and service teams for installation and after-sales support.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update sales activities in the CRM.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to generate business leads.
- Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in Industrial Sales, Capital Equipment Sales, Electrical Products, Diesel Generators, Solar, UPS, HVAC, or Engineering Products.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also apply.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Customer relationship management.
- Lead generation and business development.
- Technical understanding of Diesel Generators is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
