Description – Field Operator (O&M)/ Process operator
Position Details
Title: Field Operator - O&M
Department: Operations & Maintenance
Locations: Warangal, kakinada & Kurnool.
Type of Employment: Full-time Position
Educational Qualification:
ITI/Diploma
Experience Required: 2 years above
Key Responsibilities:
Operate plant as per production and feeding targets,
Monitoring plant parameter and reporting to shift engineer in case of any anomaly,
Maintaining logbooks, checklist, and breakdown records,
Coordination of maintenance activity, and ensuring equipment availability,
Utility monitoring and recording of chemical consumption,
Manpower allocation management and reporting of manpower-related problems,
Proper housekeeping of assigned area,
Following safety procedures, guidelines for PPE usage, and LOTO systems,
Report all incidents, near misses, unsafe conditions, and incidents,
Issuance of work permits for maintenance and vendors' activities.
Key Skills:
Knowledge about the operations of plant & maintenance,
Understanding about process safety procedure,
Troubleshooting ability,
Communication and reporting ability.
