Relationship Manager - MF Collections
- Delinquency Management: Monitor early and late-stage accounts, track payment statuses, and execute collection strategies to meet monthly recovery targets.
- Customer Negotiation: Counsel delinquent customers, evaluate financial hardships, and restructure or negotiate mutually agreeable repayment plans.
- Client Retention & Empathy: Advise borrowers on financial solutions, attempting to resolve their concerns while protecting the company's brand and ensuring a positive corporate image.
- Agency & Vendor Management: Oversee third-party collection agencies, field agents, or telecalling teams, ensuring they adhere to compliance guidelines.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all collection practices strictly adhere to regulatory norms, fair debt practices, and maintain accurate records of client interactions
