Relationship Manager - MLAP
- Relationship Building: Cultivate trusted, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring loyalty and brand trust.
- Client Advisory: Act as the main point of contact, understanding client goals and offering highly personalized product or service consultations.
- Issue Resolution: Act quickly to address and resolve client complaints or escalations.
- Sales & Growth: Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Data & Analytics: Analyze customer data and market trends in tools like Salesforce or HubSpot to forecast needs and refine engagement strategies.
- Internal Collaboration: Work alongside sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address feedback.
