Field Sales Executive

Job SummaryWe are looking for energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives for our Micro Finance team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying eligible customers, forming Joint Liability Groups (JLG), processing group loan applications, conducting field verification, and ensuring timely loan recovery while maintaining strong customer relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and enroll eligible customers for group loans.
• Create and manage Joint Liability Groups (JLG).
• Conduct field visits for customer sourcing and verification.
• Explain loan products, repayment schedules, and company policies to customers.
• Collect and verify KYC and other required documents.
• Coordinate with the branch team for loan processing and disbursement.
• Monitor customers regularly and ensure timely EMI/loan recovery.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and resolve their queries.
• Achieve monthly targets for customer acquisition, loan disbursement, and collections.
• Submit daily field visit and collection reports to the Branch Manager.
• EligibilityMinimum Qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (Preferred)
• Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively in the assigned area.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license will be an added advantage.
