About Us We are a growing pharmaceutical company engaged in manufacturing and marketing high-quality pharma and nutraceutical products across India. We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented candidates to join our telesales team.
Position: Telesales Executive
- Key Responsibilities Contact doctors, distributors, retailers, and clients over calls.
- Generate new business leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Explain product details and company services to customers.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain daily call records and sales reports.
- Coordinate with the sales and dispatch team for order processing.
- Requirements Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products will be preferred.
- Experience in telesales, pharma sales, or customer support is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, CRM).
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
- Qualification : Graduate / Undergraduate
