What You Will Do:
Support end-to-end Talent Acquisition operations—from interview coordination to onboarding—while handling high-volume hiring and stakeholder interactions.
What You Will Learn:
- Real exposure to full-cycle Talent Acquisition
- Hands-on experience in stakeholder and candidate management
- High-speed learning environment (not a passive internship)
Qualifications You Must Have :
Final-year students with a degree/master's in HR disciplines for a 6-month full-time internship.
- High ownership and responsiveness (non-negotiable)
- Strong communication (verbal + written)
- Ability to handle pressure and high-volume coordination
- Attention to detail (zero tolerance for scheduling errors)
- Basic Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
- Willingness to work weekends during hiring drives
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate interviews: scheduling, follow-ups, panel alignment
- Manage candidate communication across stages (calls, emails, updates)
- Support weekend hiring drives (logistics + coordination)
- Assist in screening profiles and maintaining candidate trackers
- Partner with hiring managers for interview planning and feedback closure
- Ensure smooth onboarding: documentation, joining readiness, candidate engagement
- Maintain accurate TA data, reports, and dashboards
- Track candidate pipeline and flag delays or drop-offs proactively
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Prior internship or exposure to HR/Recruitment
- Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders
- Fast learner with execution focus (not theoretical mindset)
